Literature, Words, Good food & Wine and other delicious conundrums

The Chedi, Muscat

The Chedi Hotel is one of the finest hotels in Muscat.

The decor is superb with clean, stark finishes and great if you into enormous great, big pots (which I am) they are everywhere!

The bathrooms make you feel really tiny with enormous dried wooden sticks and superlarge sized doors and many more pots, good, solid dark finishes and huge mirrors.

The restaurants serve fine food with an impressive array of wines and drinks covering all corners of the globe.

I have enjoyed oysters, sushi, noodles and steak, all were excellent.

(A warning, the prices are definitely not for the faint-hearted!)
